Please note before placing your order we have an all sales are final policy.
Due to our items being made by order, unfortunately we cannot offer Order Refunds, Returns, Cancellations or Exchanges.

Each item goes through a quality check inspection process before the order is dispatched from our premises for delivery.

In the unforeseen circumstance, if any item arrives damaged during transit you have up to 7 days upon receiving the item to inform us of the issue which we will investigate. Please contact us at contact@icybae.com, so that we can rectify this for you.

Once your return has been approved, your item must be sent back to us in its original condition within 7 days to the returns address that will be provided to you by email. Please note we may charge you a fee if we notice there is any missing packaging (i.e. jewellery boxes/bags) within your return.
Please ensure to include your order number, billing name and address inside the parcel. We are unable to cover the cost of delivery for returns, so please use a tracked/signed for delivery method and provide us with tracking information via email. As we are not responsible if your item goes missing during the delivery transit.

Lastly we will issue you with either a Replacement of the item or Store Credit.

Please note: All of our items are thoroughly inspected prior to being dispatched. When we receive returns for a "damaged item", we compare the item(s) condition from when it left our premises compared to when we receive it back. We will then decide whether or not we can approve the return in order for us to offer a replacement or store credit. Due to the high value of our items, we keep images/videos on file of all our items before they are shipped to customers as proof of the items condition. We also keep a record of the items tracking history so that we can ensure items arrive to our customers safely.
